The restaurant’s lighting is quite dark, and if you’re seated towards the back, it can be quite loud. The dress code online states no gym clothes, but we saw several patrons wearing sweats and hoodies. We waited a while to receive menus, but our glasses of water were brought promptly. I would have preferred to receive the menu earlier, so I could have started deciding on what to eat.

The food, unfortunately, was not the highlight of the meal. The tomato-based sauce lacked any discernible flavor, and I was hoping to taste some fresh herbs and spices in my Italian food. The appetizer of risotto balls was just okay, and it was a bit disappointing to receive only two. However, the desserts were exceptional. The tiramisu was delightfully creamy and light, and although I didn’t try the carrot cake, my family couldn’t stop raving about it.

The service was excellent once we received our menus, and our glasses were never empty. However, for the price of the meal, I felt it wasn’t worth it. We ordered one appetizer, two alcoholic drinks, three entrees, and two desserts, and the total came to well over $150 – especially in times like now where everything is high, this is just not realistic and not worth it IMO.
